This policy explains what personal information VOIR collects through the website at voir.dev, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Each VOIR app has its own privacy policy, published on that app's website, which applies when you use the app.

Who we are

VOIR is the trade name of IGOR BEZRUCHKO PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietorship registered in Serbia at Čika-Ljubina 12, stan 3, 11000 Beograd, Serbia, with registration number 68526205 and tax ID 115650152. What we collect

When you visit the website

voir.dev does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our servers keep standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • run the website and keep it secure;
  • answer your questions and requests.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or build profiles about you.

We process personal information under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR. We rely on these legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests to keep the website secure and answer your messages.
  • Legal obligation when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers who process it on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • hosting and email providers, to run the website and our mailbox.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the people we work with and our business. Some providers may process information outside Serbia; where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Server logs: up to 30 days.
  • Messages: as long as needed to answer them, and up to two years afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Email hello@voir.dev; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted connections. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of the page.
